General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the construction of toilet and sewer pipe networks and rural domestic sewage treatment should be carried out according to local conditions to continuously improve farmers 'quality of life.

In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of the party and state leaders, with the approval of the Dayi County Development and Reform Bureau and the leadership of the Dayi County Water Affairs Bureau.

Construction of 41 integrated sewage treatment facilities and supporting pipe networks will be built and expanded; it is planned to carry out equipment maintenance, optimization, commissioning and put into operation after equipment maintenance, commissioning, and construction of more than 5000 meters of pipe networks.

Four new integrated micro-pollution treatment facilities have been built, including 1 in Qingxia Street, 2 in Yuelai Town, and 1 in Xiling Town, with a total treatment scale of 190t/d. Expand 37 integrated micro-pollution treatment facilities, including 1 in Jinyuan Street, 1 in Qingxia Street, 13 in Anren Town, 5 in Wangsi Town, 3 in Xinchang Town, 1 in Huashuiwan Town, and 6 in Yuelai Town., 5 in Youjiang Town and 2 in Heming Town, with a total treatment scale of 2750t/d and a new pipeline of 2500 meters. Equipment maintenance and technical transformation of 46 rural domestic micro-pollution treatment facilities were carried out, including 1 in Jinyuan Street, 9 in Shaqu Street, 15 in Anren Town, and 4 in Wangsi Town. There are 5 Xinchang Town, 9 Yuelai Town, and 3 Youjiang Town, with a total processing capacity of 4465 t/d.

(1) Adopt high-efficiency, energy-saving, advanced and reliable sewage treatment processes, try to use sewage treatment systems with simple management, low energy consumption and efficiency, and reduce infrastructure investment and daily operating costs;

(2) When formulating the plan, it should be technically reliable and economically reasonable. Combined with the specific characteristics of sewage and the successful experience of relevant sewage treatment at home and abroad, new technologies should be adopted as much as possible on the premise of ensuring reliable functions and convenient operation and management to improve sewage treatment. Effect, reduce sewage treatment costs;

(3) Adopt equipment with a high degree of automation to achieve reliable technology and reasonable economy, realize automation, proceduralization and simplification of operation and management, and try to achieve unmanned management, thereby effectively reducing the operating costs of sewage treatment;

(4) Properly handle and dispose of grid slag, sludge, etc. generated during wastewater treatment to avoid secondary pollution;

(5) The structures and equipment of the wastewater treatment station should be reasonably arranged, compact in structure, and save land occupation;

(6) Design strictly in accordance with the conditions defined by the construction party and adapt to the actual situation and requirements of the project.
